Drops Sets of Bodybuilders:

A drop set is the simple method where you perform a set of any exercise to breakdown or just short of failure, then drop some weight and persist for more repetitions with the compact poundage. According to Bodybuilder Arnold  book of Modern Bodybuilding, the drop set routine was originally “naked” in 1947 by Henry Atkins, editor of Body Culture magazine.
