How To Get Pathetic Shoulders
When your mind when you think of a bodybuilder? Bulging,
peaked biceps come to vision; you see thick pecs bouncing up and down
effortlessly; wide, V shaped lats seem ready to take off into high
flight; washboard abs flex into ripped shreds of body armor. Among other
indications of a true, complete bodybuilder, don't forget their
shoulders.
When fully and properly developed, a set of dense, round,
boulder shoulders are truly impressive and awe inspiring and an obvious
clue that that person lifts weights, especially when clothed. However,
most people have pathetic shoulders. They look in the mirror and see
their flat, puny, oval shaped deltoids and become depressed.
All their
shirts fit too loose and slip and slide everywhere and they can never
feel comfortable or confident wearing tank tops or wife beaters out in
public. If this sounds like you then don't worry. Getting large,
powerful shoulders is not a particularly difficult feat. All it takes is
the proper combination of three main components: training, nutrition,
and rest.
