The Muscle & Strength of Melih Cologlu competed in 2010 Muscle and Fitness Male model search during the Olympia every Weekend in Las Vegas, NV.  Melih Cologlu was a great experience, plenty of talent. Sport is an original addition to NPC and it is very like to a fitness modeling competition.  Athletes are judged on looks, body muscular training as well since self confidence and stage attendance. He Winning Eastern USA’s qualified for the 2011 Team Universe. Melih Cologlu considers himself a bodybuilder and the one huge difference in men’s body type is the size of the athletes. 


Every athlete person that stood out and pushed the envelope inspired them self. For example Michael Jordan, Arnold, Mark Spitz and lots of more that were the most excellent at what they do. Melih Cologlu strongly believes in a 10 day split.  His workout within 10 day split he train each body part 2 times every 10 days.  He found that these workings great for him as far proper upturn and taking the time to work on his weaknesses.  

One interesting thing to his workouts is that pair chest and back, biceps and triceps, quads and hams together.  It was so difficult in the beginning for every once. But once he got used to it, the results came fast.  He train daily through these 10 days however every 5th day is abs, oblique’s, and Cardioid.
