Six Packs Shaka Smith Fitness Model

The Six Packs Shaka Smith fitness started swimming at his school age of 5 and swimming competitively by the age of 8.  Smith began playing water polo at 12 and sustained both throughout his high school and college and played on sports club teams during law school.  When Smith moved to Los Angeles in January of 2011 he began proper training with master James Ellis, a seasoned fitness model and challenger.

After Smith first competition on stage, the Orange County Muscle Classic, he was addicted.  But Smith love training with hard work out a specific purpose and more than that knowledge about health and fitness.  Shaka Smith competed in 11 shows within 11 months and mid-way through, Shaka Smith found carb cycling was one of the best ways for him to stay super lean in between shows.

The biggest tip is if you really desire this then get out there and step on stage.  While of right path, you should choose do your best to fight at your best, recognize there is no such thing as excellence it is an illusory goal.  Hi friends learn more about competing at your best by actually competing of real life. There is no way to maybe duplicate the knowledge gained from presently getting out near and doing it.
